they are using lots of reputable companies names who they say have used them but thankfully i contacted a watchdog who told me that they have been on watchdog and basically just take your money.
Do you think i should email some of the companies and let them know their name is been used to con parents or should i just leave it, i want revenge and i want to let other people to know what con artists they are

You need to be documenting, documenting, documenting! Without documentation, none of the government agencies will likely be able to help you since it is going to be your word against the companies. In those cases, your info will go in a folder somewhere and nothing will every be done.

If you are still corresponding with this company, try to get them to send you something in the mail. That way the postal authorities can go after them. I bet though then will only use Fed ex or UPS for that very reason but you never know they may slip up. Any wire transfer of money will also put them in violation of federal laws.

I would definitely contact these reference companies and not rely on a "watch dog" group for information. Their information may be biased as well!

Absolutely you should let the companies know - they will want to make sure they aren't associated with a con!

Contact your state attorney general and inform them of the shady company. They can investigate and inform the public of any shady practices to watch out for.

That's super. What's the name of the fake company though?

And what's the question?

Pity. Learn from this and take care next time. If you list their names they'd register new ones. Reveal their style for people to know and watch out for.

I think you should let the companies know - what they do with the info is up to them.

If they are selling something, try reporting them to the FTC. If they are selling it over the internet, try reporting them to the ICCC.

Be careful about contacting others about your claims - if you aren't very precise about what you say, you could find yourself in a civil suit for defamation.

Why didn't write details, give names, give names. Let the world know.
