I have been with my currently employer for 20+ years. And here recently, they have been acting like i am not needed anymore. They have not come out and said this but this is a feeling i get. I am 39 years old, and i am scared because i dont know what else i can do. I have never worked anywhere else. I finished my Associates in Information Technology, and currently working towards my Bachelors in business/information systems. Has anyone ever felt like this? and what did you do to overcome this feeling? thanks everyone

One of the biggest lies ever told was get good grades. get your education, go to work for a good company and you will be set for life... This does not happen. Most of the time when a company needs to cut back and save money the place they start looking is in their senior workforce. They are at the top of the pay scale and can be replaced by someone just out of school for half the price.

This happened to me twice. I decided to find a way to create income that could not be taken from me. This was done by owning my own business. After several tries I found one that works.

I will not promise anything, but I am in a position to help 2 or 3 people who are open minded, ambitious , teachable and want to create a strong residual income. Email me at mrtester@ltdkate.com

Don't give up, it will be o.k.

this kind of thing happen with most of the people some feel with their jobs some with the family(that nobody take care of him in family),some with friends. no need to take tension. prove yourself there show that u r d best and have the feeling that u like yourself. have alternative job option so that if any mishap happen u can earn.
