I have a 10,000 Mexican Peso Bill. I was wondering if it worth anything and if so how much?

the bill has Green and beige with some gold it has a picture of Cardenas on it has banco de mexico, says Pagara Diez Mil Peso A lavisia Al Portador, NZ Series has F. 28 Mar. 1989.

In 1994, the Mexican Government took three figures away from the Peso (the official explanation was, that because of inflation, figures were becoming impractically large).. And retired the old bills.



It is basically worth $10.00, or about U.S. $0.90.



Businesess will not accept those anymore. It MAY have some value as a rarity because the Bank of Mexico supposedly withdrew most of the old bills from circulation.



I'll see if I can find out anything more for you. But, personally, I would start looking for a little frame.

i dont know.... actually i had never heard of a 10,000 peso mexicano. so ... i guess the best thing to do is do a research or something... try google. maybe u can get some info.... hey... what if its the only existing one right now... omg... u'll be rich...

good luck in finding the info... let us know when u find out how much it can be worth... so when i go to mexico i can search through my grandfathers' stuff and c what i can find.. he had lots of stuff including old money... :)
