I have a photo and would like to put a border around it. I will also like to change the thickness of the border and line. How do I do that? Thank you.

Ususally with Photoshop if you select the marquee tool you can do a pretty simple border. What you do is you take the marquee tool, and click and drag until you get the size of frame you want. Then you go to Select then inverse. (Make sure your canvas fits your picture, or the frame won't work.) From here you can play witht the effects and design your own frame.

What i like to do is double click the background layer, go to the blending screen, then inner glow click it and whalla.. after that if you know how to edit it you can easily change the colour, texture and opacity with a click of a butten..
